I am vegetarian will this program be suitable for me?

Yes! You will receive all 3 meal plans regardless (this includes vegetarian, vegan and meat based meal plans- total of 9)

I am pregnant or breastfeeding, will this program be okay?

The meal plans come with breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert suggestions. You can mix them up or add to what your body needs. The program is promoting healthy, nutritious food options.

I am taking medication, will the program be ok for me?

The Rejuvenate Me program is not a fasting program and encourages healthy eating. If you are concerned, you can contact me via email or speak to your doctor for more clarity.
